Jenny Gribbin

Director and Occupational Therapy Driver Assessor

Jenny Gribbin is the Director and Principle Occupational Therapist of Driving Well Occupational Therapy. She graduated as an Occupational Therapist from the University of Queensland in 2005 and completed post-graduate training in Driving Assessments at the University of Sydney in 2012.

After starting her family, Jenny was continually drawn to driving assessments. She is passionate about helping people to be safe and independent, so she founded Driving Well Occupational Therapy in late 2016.

Jenny is a full member of Occupational Therapy Australia and is the Convenor of the QLD Driving Special Interest Group.


Jenny has worked in many settings, including:

- driving assessments

- community and aged care

- hand therapy

- acute general medical, neurology and orthopaedics

- general medical, neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation

- spinal cord injuries

- work rehabilitation

- Customer Advisor for WorkCover QLD


Jenny has also gained qualifications to complete Heavy Vehicle driving assessments (trucks, buses, motorbikes, forklifts) and holds her own Heavy Rigid truck licence.

What this means for you is that Jenny can work with a wide range of clients and client needs, from work-related hand and orthopaedic injuries, to stroke survivors, to older clients with cognitive decline and dementia.


At Driving Well we will do whatever we can to keep you, your loved one, your patient, or your claims customer, safe and well on (or off) the road.

Jenny collaborated with Dr Miriam Monahan (US based OT Driver Assessor, Lecturer and Researcher) to deliver workshops:

  • three workshops for OT Driver Assessors on Autism and Driving (70 OT driver assessors and driving instructors)

  • vision and driving

  • webinars for non-driver Trained OTs on readiness for driving

Zeta Griffiths

Practice Manager

Zeta Griffiths is our Practice Manager and provides our "front of house" customer support. Zeta comes from a Medical Reception and Disability Support Work background, and as a mother of five, handles all our customer and referrer enquiries with compassion and skill. 

Zeta looks after customer inquiries, driving assessment and vehicle modifications appointment bookings, service agreements and service bookings for NDIS clients, and credit card payments for private clients.


Alicia Parry

Occupational Therapy Driver Assessor

Alicia Parry is an Occupational Therapist who has joined Driving Well Occupational Therapy in January 2020.

She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010 and gained experience working with adults and children in community and disability settings. Alicia gained significant experience working with Assistive Technology in her role at Lifetec. She gained her post-graduate qualification as an OT Driver Assessor in 2017.

Alicia is passionate about the clinical area of driving assessment, driving rehabilitation and vehicle modification, and she is very excited about working with clients to help them with their goals of driving and community access.
