Hi there! My name is Chloe and I’m the Practice Manager who joined Jenny and the team at Driving Well in 2024! My journey has led me through various reception and clinical roles within allied health services, where I’ve managed behind the scenes operations while fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
I look after customer inquiries, driving assessment and vehicle modifications appointment bookings, appointment letters, service agreements and service bookings for NDIS clients and quotes for other insurers. I’m committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment for every interaction.
After hours, you’ll generally find me clacking away at my keyboard playing games or tucked up in bed with my cat and a book.
