Whether you’re a community OT, paediatric OT, rehabilitation OT, assistive technology clinician or a driver-trained OT (especially a newly trained driving OT!), chances are you’ve been asked questions like:
If those questions make you hesitate, you’re not alone.
This conference has been designed for you.
After two practical days in Brisbane you’ll leave with:
If those questions make you hesitate, you’re not alone.
This conference has been designed for you.
This conference isn’t based on theory alone.
It’s built on:
Some lessons were easy.
Some were learnt the hard way.
We’ve built this conference so that you don’t have to learn the hard way.
This is one of the most technically complex areas of practice.
And it really is one of those “you don’t know what you don’t know” scenarios.
Many therapists…
We’ve got you – this conference is to fill these gaps.
We’ve seen clients:
Sometimes a single decision can cost thousands of dollars. More importantly… It can limit someone’s independence and participation in their life.
Our philosophy
What you’ll take home
This isn’t two days you’ll forget.
You’ll return to work with:
Most importantly…
You’ll have more skills and you’ll feel more confident.
Every week occupational therapists are asked questions about driving and vehicle modifications.
Every week families purchase vehicles.
Wheelchairs change.
Clients’ needs evolve.
The sooner you build confidence in this area, the sooner you’ll be able to support your clients with confidence.
Early Bird registrations HAVE NOW BEEN EXTENDED TO 31 July 2026!
Places are limited to maintain the practical, hands-on learning experience.
Your client says… “We’re thinking about buying a new vehicle.”
Instead of thinking… “Uh oh”, You’ll know what questions to ask.
Who to involve.
What to look for.
What mistakes to avoid.
And how to help your client achieve the best possible outcome.
That’s why we’ve built this conference.
Come and learn with us.
Walk away with more skills and the confidence to support your clients through driving and vehicle modification decisions.
This is Australia’s only conference for occupational therapists dedicated exclusively to driving and vehicle modifications.
Designed by occupational therapists for occupational therapists and rehabilitation professionals, the program focuses on practical clinical decision-making, emerging technology, complex case discussions and collaborative problem solving.
Who Should Attend?
Why This Conference is Different
Unlike traditional expos or OT conferences, this event combines expert presentations with the hands-on learning.
You’ll have the opportunity to get inside modified vehicles, trial equipment, discuss complex cases with experienced clinicians, and work alongside engineers and suppliers to bridge the gap between theory and practice in the occupational therapy vehicle mods space.
